  I went to Ferguson for bathroom remodel ideas. Instead of feeling welcome, I felt shunned and not "important" enough for them to spend time with me. This happens everytime I've visited the store, even though we share the same zip code. We bought a high-end shower from them anyway and they never called to tell me it had arrived. Finally, I called and found out it had arrived, but it wasn't at the store when I got there. Apparently they have a separate warehouse, but they neglected to tell me about this on the phone. We were trying to "do the right thing" and support a local business. But if a local business does not have better customer service than an online company, why support them? I will not order anything from this store again.
